Residental Property

Residential Properties: Complete civil design package for Phase 1 at Newton Leys, Milton Keynes, including roads, sewers and on site engineering. Total scheme value over £30m. Client: Taylor Wimpey.

Commercial Solutions

A community centre (on design & build contract by Sun Contractors) with on-site car park facilities, access road and turning area, with the bulding having masonry walls and steel framed construction, with reinforced concrete basement (i.e. RC walls, basement and ground floor slabs) under part of the building, in Coffee Hall, Milton Keynes. Cistec was the principal Civil and Structural Engineers on this project.

Structural Engineering

A residential project (by City Renovation & City Estate MK) to construct 5 No. two & three storey houses and a three storey block of Flats in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Cistec was the prinsipal Civil and Structural Engineers on this project.

Civil Engineering

Civil Engineering: Full civil engineering design for 102 units at Love's Farm, St. Neots, including roads, sewers and on site engineering. Scheme also included full working drawings package for 6 individual blocks of apartments. Total scheme value over £12m. Client: Redrow Homes.
