Our works encompasses a wide range of services, extending from site and property condition inspection, surveys,
reports and appraisals, right through to highly detailed and complex designs of some major, very prestigious
developments for both private and corporate clients alike.
Structural Engineering services
Our structural engineering services offer the design of all traditional and modern materials using highly
competent, experienced and qualified design staff. Designs in general encompass timber, masonry, steel and reinforced concrete
and our more specialist services include glass, stainless steel and steel wire rigging systems.
The types of structures we have experience in range from retaining walls, residential, traditional and timber frame, through to
multi storey residential, commercial, retail and industrial. These include housing schemes, schools, office blocks, health
centres, hospitals and retail units.
Civil Engineering services
Our civil engineering services range from carrying out initial site appraisals of new potential developments
through to specialist design services such as flood risk assessments and large infrastructure designs.
The types of specific design services we can offer include, topographical surveys, co-ordination of geotechnical assessments,
flood risk assessments and attenuation solutions, infrastructure foul and storm water sewers, infrastructure highways and
roundabouts, on-site engineering solutions including drainage, highways, regrade engineering, setting out and external
lighting.
We also have vast experience in dealing with local authorities obtaining technical approvals for such things as highways
section 38, 278, etc adoption agreements and sewers section 104, 185 etc adoption agreements. We able to take the whole process
from initial technical vetting through to technical approvals and engrossment of agreements.

- Civil Engineering: Full civil engineering design for 102 units at Love's Farm, St. Neots, including roads, sewers and on site engineering. Scheme also included full working drawings package for 6 individual blocks of apartments. Total scheme value over £12m. Client: Redrow Homes.

windturbines, car park & road works and new dancing hall & Dinning-room extension. Design & Built Construction by
Morgan Ashurst and approximate project value of £10M.
Andrew Howard & Partners undertook the civil & structural engineering design & detailing. Ali Ahmed worked as principal engineer on the project.
